Insurance

We know how important it is to receive your order, which is why we offer Delivery Insurance to cover you in case your package doesn’t arrive at its destination.

What’s Covered:

• If your package doesn’t show up at the destination, we’ve got you covered. You can choose to either get a full refund or have your order resent—whatever works best for you.

How It Works:

• If your package is missing, just reach out to us within 30 days of the shipping date.
• We’ll check in with the carrier and sort things out for you.
• Once confirmed, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement within 7 business days (stock availability dependant) .

A Few Things to Note:

• This insurance only covers packages that don’t arrive at the destination provided at checkout.
• Make sure to report any issues within 30 days, or we might not be able to help.
